Everything about the hotel was delightful, but what truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Ms. Chau. Her attentive assistance in organizing trips and transfers made my experience unforgettable.The hotel's clean and comfortable rooms, complete with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free toiletries, added to the overall satisfaction of my stay. The central location near the town square was convenient for exploring Sapa's attractions. My heartfelt gratitude to the hotel for a memorable experience.
